Hello, my name is Dan Overhauser and I am the owner of More Better Antiques.
I have always been interested in antiquities. As a young child, I started collecting items I found interesting although they held little value. Through the years, as my tastes refined, I have acquired many fabulous treasures, such as the great antique parlor heaters and wood stoves you'll find here.

For years I traveled the country, continuously upgrading my antique collection, always seeking the best of the best; with a critical eye, and a strong desire to obtain rare and extraordinary pieces.

Many of these precious antiques I'm now offering for sale to the marketplace have not been displayed, but rather protected, and carefully stored for several years. These pieces waited for me to build a home to properly display them. Through my years of upgrading, these items have manifested into quite and exquisite collection.

I am to the point in my life that I am ready to start building. My home is in the planning stages and I have come to the conclusion that I can't own them all. I am offering many of the pieces from my collection for sale to the public, as I realize the time has come to part with some of them.

So, my friends, my decision to downsize my collection could definitely be to your gain. I hope to share some of my life's acquisitions and pass along some of my experience and expertise to others who also have a love and appreciation of fine craftsmanship and beauty.
